There are many worthy people and and programs that are held back because of limited funds and the Rotary Club of Newark recognized this issue. As such the members of the Club formed this non-profit 501c3 independent corporation to help make dreams and good intentions a reality.

Though with the ability to help, we do have limited funds, so helping people, community members and their organizations must understand that grants and scholarships are limited to need and in accordance with the scope of our core guidance policy.
